A word from our tenants
I have been a resident for 3 years now. Very pleasant surroundings, friendly people. Onsite laundry in same building, small library, and exercise equipment is available. Our property manager is the greatest and most helpful. She also arranges different activities we can join in. It’s just really a nice place to live.

I really enjoy my apartment here at Dillsboro Village. It is everything I need within walking distance if necessary. It’s located in a very quiet and tranquil part of town. Another plus is the property manager is always available to help. Especially if the situation arises you need something and can’t get out, she’s a phone call away. Kudos to Dillsboro Village Apts!

Aging is so different for each individual but we are lumped into one category – old. Well, I for one intend to age very, very slowly!!!! Kicking and screaming all the way!! I think for my age (70) I do very well. I can still out do those half my age, and it has to do with attitude; and that is what I try to instill in those that live here and that I deal with on a daily basis. As “old” people, we get the defeatist attitude, which is so detrimental to our health and well-being. It is an up hill battle that shouldn’t be. I hope that in some small way, I instill energy, a positive and can do attitude to those around me. That is a goal I have each and every day.
